Welcome to the Golden Rice Hyderabadi Biryani Restaurant’s online ordering system. We take great pride in our food quality and customer service, and your orders are extremely important to us. Below is our approach to managing situations when something goes awry. Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we immediately begin its preparation and cooking. If you wish to cancel your order after using our online ordering service, please call us immediately after placing the original order to receive a full refund.

Please contact the specific store where you placed your order. If the order was placed in-store, we cannot cancel it unless you inform us at the point of sale.

Food order errors

If you receive food that differs from what’s listed on your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Notify our restaurant staff immediately, and we will rectify the issue promptly. Please understand that we cannot accept returns if any drink has been opened or if part of the food has been consumed.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded the amount associated with the error and recharged for the new item’s price.

For cash payments, if the new food has a greater value than that received in error, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, if the new item is less expensive, you will receive a refund of the difference. In some instances, we may offer a store credit.

Your order will be prioritized if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the incorrect order in its original container(s) to our host.

Food order is incomplete

Should you notice that any items listed on your receipt were not included in your order, please inform us immediately. You may cancel the missed item(s) before we prepare them without any questions, and we will process a refund to your credit card, give you a cash refund, or issue a store credit.

Please note that courtesy items like napkins and condiments are provided upon request for free. If we inadvertently forget to include a free courtesy item, inform our staff, and we will correct the mistake. However, we cannot offer discounts, refunds, or store credit for omitted courtesy items.

Food dissatisfaction

Our food is cooked fresh to order with the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all the dishes we prepare. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to dislike or foreign objects in the food, please contact us immediately.

Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders where the food is wrong, omitted, or did not meet our high standards. We require the return of the food in its original container(s) for investigation and resolution of the issue. We will prepare a new food order for you. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may issue a refund to your credit card, give a cash refund, or provide a store credit after we receive the returned food in its original container(s) and confirm the error, at the discretion of the manager on duty.

Typically, refunds are not provided for food that a guest simply does not like.

Refunds

Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. If there is a change to the order, for credit and debit card payments, you will be refunded the amount associated with the error and recharged for the new item’s price.

The restaurant reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses the Return & Refund Policy, we regret that we will no longer be able to conduct business with that customer.
